How do I get started

Purchase one of our products from here

Once you have received your product, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign up here
  2.  Edit your profile (Personal or Business) make sure you click the activate button for the profile you want to show
  3. Done
Now you can allow people to tap the onetap dot and it will display the profile you edited.

Where do they tap?

Apple and Android phones tap slightly different, see image below.

Tapping requires the users phone to have NFC, see compatibility list here.

Any phone with NFC functionality can read a onetap product, no APP required for onetap products to work!

 

Can I only stick my dot to the back of my phone?

No, you can stick your dot anywhere you like. Check out some ways you can use it.

  1. Stick the back of your phone, never lose it and always have it handy. Do you ever go anywhere without your phone?
  2. We have key rings available, attach to your keys and have your dot everywhere you go.
  3. We also have templates ready for printing to showcase at your store. That will allow customers to tap the dot to follow your socials or give you a Google review.
  4. Restaurants have been sticking the dot on their tables to allow customers to view their menu on their phone.
